How long does it to process my order?
Processing & Shipping
Please carefully check the size guide before ordering to ensure a proper fit and avoid unnecessary exchange costs.
Regular orders: 3–5 business days to process.
Pre-order or restock items: longer processing time—see product details.
No shipping on weekends or holidays.
For mixed orders, shipment happens when pre-order items are ready.
Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to change an order once it is placed in the system.
Wrong shipping address?
If the shipping address on your order is incorrect, please contact us via Instagram or at service@unlogicalpoem.store right away.
If for any reason, a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, unclaimed, etc., customer is subject to the additional shipping fee for the package to ship out again. Please make sure to enter the correct address before checking out your shopping cart.
If you need to change shipping address after the package leave our facility, there is a chance that we won’t be able to change the address. Customer is also responsible for any additional fee caused during the process.
Can I cancel my order?
Once the order is dispatched from our facility, we won’t be able to cancel it. Before that, contact customer support for assistance.

How to track my order?
Your package will be shipped from our warehouse in China. Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive an email with tracking information which you can use to follow the status of your order. Please allow extra processing time for the latest tracking status to be updated as local couriers may experience slight delays.
What to do with lost package?
If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to customer support right away. If the tracking shows the package is delivered while you do not receive it, please provide proof of lost package with your order information at service@unlogicalpoem.store.
After an order has been delivered to the shipping address entered on order, we cannot be held responsible for stolen or lost packages.
