Refund Policy

"At Camoooni, we believe every piece is a work of art. To maintain the highest quality for all our customers, we adhere to the following return standards."

1. Return Window You have 7 days to decide if an item is right for you. If you wish to return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, undamaged, free of perfume scents, and with all original tags and packaging included.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Sale items, Lucky Bags (Fukubukuro), or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.
    • For hygiene reasons, accessories and items in direct contact with skin are non-returnable.
    • Requests made after 7 days or items sent back without prior communication will not be accepted.

3. Quality Standard & Exclusions The following situations are NOT considered quality defects and do not qualify for free returns:

  • Normal loose threads, raw edges, or minor embroidery traces (we recommend trimming with scissors before use).
  • Slight variations in color, brightness, or texture due to different monitor settings.
  • Damage caused by improper washing, maintenance, self-repair, or modifications.

4. Fees & Refunds

  • Responsibility: Unless the original product is defective, all shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Refund Amount:
    • Original shipping fees and shipping insurance are non-refundable.
    • For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., size fit, change of mind), a 10% - 20% restocking fee (to cover labor and repackaging costs) will be deducted from the total refund.
  • Failed Delivery & Customs: If the package is returned or destroyed due to the customer's absence, refusal of delivery, or failure to provide customs ID (e.g., PCCC, Tax ID), the shipping fee is non-refundable, and the merchant is not liable for the loss of the product.

5. How to Request

  • Please email our support team with your order number and photos of the item (if defective).
  • Once approved, please return the item within 5 days. We will process your refund within 3-5 business days after inspecting the returned inventory.
