1. PRODUCT & SIZING

Q: Why are size options limited? A: Camoooni is an emerging original design studio. To ensure the exquisite quality of our embroidery, we currently produce in small batches with a focus on standard M sizes. We are working hard to expand our size range in the future. Thank you for supporting original design!

Q: How do I choose my perfect fit? A: Please note that sizing standards vary slightly around the world. Our collections are currently tailored based on Chinese sizing standards. To ensure the perfect fit, we kindly ask you to focus on the specific measurements (such as Shoulder Width, Body Length, and Bust) provided in the size chart on each product page, rather than relying solely on the size label. We recommend comparing these measurements with a well-fitting garment you already own.

Q: Are there variations in the embroidery? A: Yes. Due to the nature of our intricate embroidery process, minor loose threads or slight variations are part of the unique charm of each piece. These are not considered defects.


2. ORDER & PROCESSING

Q: How long does it take to process my order? A: Each piece undergoes a final quality check before leaving our studio. It generally takes 3-5 business days for processing after you place an order.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order? A: You can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes.


3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: How can I track my package? A: After the package is shipped, we will send an email with your tracking number and a URL to check the status. Please keep an eye on the tracking updates to ensure a successful delivery.

Q: Do I need to pay customs duties? A: Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Q: What is your return policy? A: We accept return requests via email within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags). Please note that a 10%-20% restocking fee and original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Q: How do I start a return? A: Please email us at camoooni.official@gmail.com with your Order ID and clear photos of the item. Do not send items back without our prior confirmation.
